A–Z Pediatrics
hasn’t paid us.
We should have seen the red flags from miles away.
We were too busy getting them results.
Turns out, the only thing they couldn’t find was the payment button.
We work Monday–Friday, UAE time. Please don’t contact us over the weekend—even the “apparently complimentary” IT department gets days off.
Apparently, “we’ll pay when we see results” comes with a moving finish line.
According to our records, invoices remain unpaid despite repeated attempts to resolve them.

Up from 3 during the engagement
Per location, as reported by HyperHive
Figures supplied by HyperHive; underlying reports are not reproduced here and the figures have not been independently verified for this page. The starting figure of roughly 300 monthly calls has no stated per-location basis, so a like-for-like percentage increase is not presented. Growth during the engagement does not establish sole causation.
The invoices
didn’t disappear.
*According to HyperHive’s account.
During our engagement, A–Z Pediatrics grew from three locations to five. Our team delivered the website, digital marketing, and SEO supporting that growth.
Four-location budget.
Five-location workload.
Apparently, math was optional.
They said four locations. We handled five. The budget? Unchanged. The monthly retainer? Also unchanged. Apparently, the fifth location came with a complimentary agency.
Our Google Ads management retainer alone is $2,000 a month—a separate service they never paid for. We must have missed the meeting where “digital agency” became “registered charity.”
Emails down? Suddenly we’re the 24/7 IT department. Retainer review? Suddenly the budget’s down too.
Email troubleshooting was apparently complimentary as well. More locations, more services, more support. The retainer was the only thing expected to stay exactly where it was.
The business expanded. The payment plan stayed on airplane mode.
Our experience? Payments withheld pending “results,” monthly retainers treated like favours, and now outstanding invoices, unanswered messages, and revoked access—including access to a hosting account our company paid for.
For clients and business partners researching the practice, this is our account of an unresolved commercial dispute.
We deliver services. Payment isn’t a charitable donation.
A clear account.

What do the growth figures mean?
HyperHive reports growth from three practice locations to five and monthly calls rising from roughly 300 to over 2,000 per location during the engagement. The baseline’s scope, measurement periods, and source reports are not provided here. These figures should not be read as an independently audited comparison or a claim that marketing alone caused the growth.
Is this a statement about patient care?
No. This page concerns a commercial payment and account-access dispute. It makes no assessment of medical care, patient safety, or the qualifications of the practice’s clinicians.
